1. No Returns or Refunds
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges Only
• Items may be exchanged for another product or store credit within 7 days after the items are delivered.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when purchased
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
• For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry (including earrings, nose studs, and any other items intended for body piercings) cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
• If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We will assess the issue and arrange an exchange for the same item if available.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
• We can provide a prepaid shipping label for returning your item to us; however, the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the new item to you will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping costs must be paid before the exchange is processed and shipped.
